January 4, 2023: Donation income for the Vereinte Kirche Gottes [UCG-Germany] in 2022 was 2.3 percent lower than in 2021. Regular mail income was 12.4 percent lower, and Holy Day offerings increased by 21.6 percent. Coworkers and donors (defined as individuals who provide financial support but do not attend UCG-Germany worship services) contributed 16.2 percent of UCG-Germany's regular mail income in 2022.

January 11, 2023: For the year 2022 the Vereinte Kirche Gottes ["UCG-Germany"] distributed a total of 67,418 print publications in the German language. In addition, 5030 ebooks were downloaded via Amazon, the Google Play Store and Smashwords.

January 18, 2023: Gute Nachrichten, January 2023 issue The January-February issue of the "Gute Nachrichten" magazine is mailed to 9,455 readers in 25 countries, a 4.2 percent decrease from the 2022 January-February issue. The magazine was mailed to 7595 subscribers in Germany, 840 subscribers in Switzerland and 829 subscribers in Austria.

January 25, 2023: The Vereinte Kirche Gottes ["United Church of God-Germany"] German video commentary produces another short video commentary, Kann man Gott beweisen? ["Can you prove God exists?"]. UCG-Germany elder Martin Fekete recorded the commentary at his home in Oberndorf near Salzburg, Austria.

February 3, 2023: Donation income for the Vereinte Kirche Gottes [UCG-Germany] for the first month of 2023 was 38.9 percent higher than last year's income in January. Coworkers and donors (defined as individuals who provide financial support but do not attend UCG-Germany worship services) contributed 11.3 percent of UCG-Germany's income in January.

February 10, 2023: The Vereinte Kirche Gottes [UCG-Germany] adds 40 MP3 sermons to its sermon website for members and church attendees. 786 recorded sermons are currently available for listening and download.

February 20, 2023: The Vereinte Kirche Gottes ["United Church of God-Germany"] German video commentary produces another short video commentary, Satan der Verlierer ["Satan the loser"]. UCG-Germany elder Martin Fekete recorded the commentary at his home in Oberndorf near Salzburg, Austria.

February 28, 2023: In the first 2 months of the year, UCG-Germany distributed 1081 ebooks via Amazon, the Google Play Store and Smashwords. The most requested booklet was "Das Buch der Offenbarung verständlich erklärt" ["The Book of Revelation Unveiled"] with 107 downloads.

March 6, 2023: Donation income for the Vereinte Kirche Gottes [UCG-Germany] for the first two months of 2023 was 3.3 percent higher than last year's income in January-February. Coworkers and donors (defined as individuals who provide financial support but do not attend UCG-Germany worship services) contributed 11.5 percent of UCG-Germany's income in February.

March 14, 2023: Gute Nachrichten, March 2023 issue The March-April issue of the "Gute Nachrichten" magazine is mailed to 9,307 readers in 25 countries, a 4.5 percent decrease from the 2022 March-April issue. The magazine was mailed to 7549 subscribers in Germany, 832 subscribers in Switzerland and 820 subscribers in Austria.

March 22, 2023: The Vereinte Kirche Gottes ["United Church of God-Germany"] German video commentary produces another short video commentary, Das Böse: Warum lässt Gott es zu? ["Why Does God Allow Evil?"]. UCG-Germany elder Martin Fekete recorded the commentary at his home in Oberndorf near Salzburg, Austria.

March 31, 2023: In the first 3 months of the year, UCG-Germany distributed 1394 ebooks via Amazon, the Google Play Store and Smashwords. The most requested booklet was "Das Buch der Offenbarung verständlich erklärt" ["The Book of Revelation Unveiled"] with 162 downloads.

April 6, 2023: 89 people met at five locations to keep the Passover on April 4. Today on the first day of Unleavened Bread, 140 people attended services in five locations: Berlin (9), Dormagen (21), Mörfelden (50), Mühldorf (38) and Winterthur in Switzerland (22). The offering was 14,403 €, which was 0.5 percent less than last year's offering.

April 12, 2023: On the last day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, 101 people attended services in five locations: Hamburg (10), Dormagen (27), Mörfelden (25), Rosenheim (20) and Winterthur in Switzerland (19). The offering (13,177 €) was 7.8 percent higher than in 2022.

April 20, 2023: United Christian Outreach Germany announces a special fundraiser to provide $1000 for Armenien UCG member Mnazakan Poghossjan to attend this year's Feast of Tabernacles in Titisee, Germany.

April 30, 2023: Donation income for the Vereinte Kirche Gottes [UCG-Germany] for the first four months of 2023 was 3.0 percent higher than last year's income in January-April. Coworkers and donors (defined as individuals who provide financial support but do not attend UCG-Germany worship services) contributed 14.3 percent of UCG-Germany's income in April.

May 6, 2023: At services today in Winterthur, Switzerland, the congregation decided to increase the number of Sabbath services next year by adding live services via a Zoom transmission from the Dormagen, Germany congregation. In addition, Olten will be added as a location for services next year, alternating with Winterthur. Next year services will be conducted bi-weekly instead of every 3 weeks.

May 12, 2023: The May-June issue of the Gute Nachrichten, May 2023 issue "Gute Nachrichten" magazine is mailed to 9,256 readers in 25 countries, a 4.4 percent decrease from the 2022 May-June issue. The magazine was mailed to 7460 subscribers in Germany, 811 subscribers in Switzerland and 812 subscribers in Austria.

May 19, 2023: The Vereinte Kirche Gottes ["United Church of God-Germany"] German video commentary produces another short video commentary, Hat Gott ein GPS? ["Does God have a GPS?"]. UCOG President Paul Kieffer recorded the commentary at the Vereinte Kirche Gottes office near Bonn, Germany.

May 29, 2023: 139 people met yesterday in six locations in the German-language region for Pentecost. Our service locations were Berlin (10), Dormagen (23), Hamburg (14), Mörfelden (21), Plauen (6), Rosenheim (30) and Winterthur, Switzerland (35). The offering in the German-language region was 14,503 €, 6.9 percent less in comparison to last year's offering. The offering for the 3 spring Holy Days (Unleavened Bread, Pentecost) was 0.2 percent less than last year.

June 2, 2023: Donation income for the Vereinte Kirche Gottes [UCG-Germany] for the first five months of 2023 was 2.4 percent higher than last year's income in January-April. Coworkers and donors (defined as individuals who provide financial support but do not attend UCG-Germany worship services) contributed 8.1 percent of UCG-Germany's income in May.

June 12, 2023: The May-June issue "Intern" [German version of "United News"] published by the Vereinte Kirche Gottes ["UCG-Germany"] is mailed to 769 subscribers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The circulation goal for "Intern" is 1,000 subscribers in Germany, making a reduced mailing rate possible.

June 19, 2023: The Vereinte Kirche Gottes ["United Church of God-Germany"] produces another short video commentary, German video commentary Wer sind die apokalyptischen Reiter? ["Who are the four horsemen of the apokalypse?"]. UCOG President Paul Kieffer recorded the audio at the Vereinte Kirche Gottes office near Bonn, Germany, using a Newsmax ad produced by the United Church of God.

June 28, 2023: The United Christian Outreach Germany special fundraiser to provide $1000 for Armenien UCG member Mnazakan Poghossjan to attend this year's Feast of Tabernacles in Titisee, Germany has reached 40 percent of the goal.

The magazine was mailed to 7364 subscribers in Germany, 808 subscribers in Switzerland and 817 subscribers in Austria.

July 20, 2023: The Vereinte Kirche Gottes ["United Church of God-Germany"] German video commentary produces another short video commentary, Kommt Harmagedon auf uns zu? ["Is Armageddon Coming?"]. UCG-Germany elder Martin Fekete recorded the commentary at his home in Oberndorf near Salzburg, Austria.

July 26, 2023: With the kind assistance of the United Church of God media department at the Home Office in Cincinnati, Ohio, UCOG President Paul Kieffer recorded two "Beyond Today" telecasts and seven "Newsmax" commercials in German, to be used on the Vereinte Kirche Gottes [UCG-Germany] YouTube channel.

August 3, 2023: Donation income for the Vereinte Kirche Gottes [UCG-Germany] for the first seven months of 2023 was 6.4 percent higher than last year's income in January-July. Coworkers and donors (defined as individuals who provide financial support but do not attend UCG-Germany worship services) contributed 9.7 percent of UCG-Germany's income in July.

August 14, 2023: The Vereinte Kirche Gottes ["United Church of God-Germany"] German video commentary produces another short video commentary, Der Sabbat im 17. Jahrhundert ["The Sabbath in the 17th century"]. UCG-Germany elder Martin Fekete recorded the commentary at his home in Oberndorf near Salzburg, Austria.

August 24, 2023: Tranforming Your Life, German version The Vereinte Kirche Gottes ["UCG-Germany"] prints its 30th booklet, "Bekehrung — Die Verwandlung unseres Lebens" ["Conversion — The Transformation of Our Life"]. PDF and Ebook (epub and mobi) versions of the new booklet are also available online. One more new booklet is scheduled for completion this year.

August 31, 2023: Fundraising thermometerThe United Christian Outreach Germany special fundraiser to provide $1000 for Armenien UCG member Mnazakan Poghossjan to attend this year's Feast of Tabernacles in Titisee, Germany is now fully funded. Mr. Poghassjan speaks fluent German and is the only member of the United Church of God in Armenia and has only limited income. Without additional financial assistance from the church, he would never be able to attend the Feast.

September 1, 2023: Donation income for the Vereinte Kirche Gottes [UCG-Germany] for the first eight months of 2023 was 0.8 percent lower than last year's income in January-August. Coworkers and donors (defined as individuals who provide financial support but do not attend UCG-Germany worship services) contributed 8.9 percent of UCG-Germany's income in August.

September 8, 2023: Gute Nachrichten, September 2023 issue The September-October issue of the"Gute Nachrichten" magazine is mailed to 9,102 readers in 25 countries, a 4.7 percent decrease from the 2022 September-October issue. The magazine was mailed to 7317 subscribers in Germany, 794 subscribers in Switzerland and 818 subscribers in Austria.

September 16, 2023: 120 people met at six locations in the German-language region for church services today on the Feast of Trumpets. In Berlin and Hamburg 9 people attended services. In Dormagen the attendance was 23. 25 people met in Mörfelden (near Frankfurt), and 32 were in attendance in Munich. In Zürich, Switzerland the attendance was 22. The offering in the German-language region was 15,618 €, 1.6 percent less than last year's offering.

September 25, 2023: 79 people met at four locations in the German-language region for church services today on the Day of Atonement. In Dormagen the attendance was 25. 16 people met in Mörfelden (near Frankfurt), 21 were in attendance Munich, and 17 people attended the service in Stuttgart. No hall was available for services in Winterthur, Switzerland. The offering in the German-language region was 11,191 €, 16.1 percent less than last year's offering.

October 7, 2023: Today's Last Great Day services conclude the eight day biblical Feast of Tabernacles season, with 173 people from 11 countries having met since September 30 in Titisee in the southern Black Forest. With no Covid-19 restrictions in effect, Armenien member Mnazakan Poghossjan was able to attend the Feast with us for the first time since 2019. We welcomed 45 international guests in Titisee. With the two Holy Day offerings in Titisee, the total offering on the seven annual Holy Days in 2023 was 0.1 percent lower than last year.

October 14, 2023: The Vereinte Kirche Gottes [UCG-Germany] holds an "Open House" Sabbath service in Vienna, Austria. 192 "Gute Nachrichten" subscribers in Vienna and nearby suburbs were invited to the first Sabbath service held in Vienna by UCG-Germany. 14 people attended the service.

October 18, 2023: The Vereinte Kirche Gottes ["United Church of God-Germany"] Rick Shabi's FOT welcome message posts UCG President Rick Shabi's Feast of Tabernacles welcome message to its YouTube channel. His message was translated into German for the audio track of his welcome video.

October 28, 2023: 5 guests attended the Vereinte Kirche Gottes [UCG-Germany] "Open House" Sabbath service today in Mörfelden, Germany, near Frankfurt. The service was announced via full page ads in the "Gute Nachrichten" and "Intern" publications.

November 2, 2023: Donation income for the Vereinte Kirche Gottes [UCG-Germany] for the first ten months of 2023 was 2.9 percent lower than last year's income in January-October. Coworkers and donors (defined as individuals who provide financial support but do not attend UCG-Germany worship services) contributed 22.8 percent of UCG-Germany's income in October.

November 4, 2023: 3 guests attended the Vereinte Kirche Gottes [UCG-Germany] "Open House" Sabbath service today in Dormagen. The service was announced via full page ads in the "Gute Nachrichten" and "Intern" publications.

Novemer 13, 2023: Gute Nachrichten, November 2023 issue The November-December issue of the"Gute Nachrichten" magazine is mailed to 8,955 readers in 25 countries, a 5.5 percent decrease from the 2022 November-December issue. The magazine was mailed to 7247 subscribers in Germany, 764 subscribers in Switzerland and 773 subscribers in Austria.

December 11, 2023: Angels, German version The Vereinte Kirche Gottes ["UCG-Germany"] prints its 31st booklet, "Engel: Gottes Boten und geistliches Heer" ["Angels: God's Messengers and Spirit Army"]. PDF and Ebook (epub and mobi) versions of the new booklet are also available online.

December 18 2023: The UCG-Germany National Council approved budget for 2024 includes total expenses of 386,200 €. Income is projected to be 292,230 €, with the deficit being paid from cash reserves. The budget provides funds to maintain circulation of the "Gute Nachrichten" magazine at 9,500 subscribers and to print four new booklets and reprint two current booklets.

December 26, 2023: The Vereinte Kirche Gottes ["United Church of God-Germany"] produces another short video commentary, German video commentary Zerbricht Amerika? ["Is America falling apart?"]. UCOG President Paul Kieffer recorded the video at the United Church of God television studio in Cincinnati, Ohio, using a Newsmax ad produced by the United Church of God.
