We all would like to be in good health. Where does good health start? With exercise and proper nutrition? <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Those are important aspects in promoting good health, but being in good health involves more than just the physical.<\/p>\n<p>The medical profession recognizes a connection between a positive mental attitude and good physical health. 3000 years this connection was recorded as part of God&#8217;s revelation to man: &quot;A merry heart does good, like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones&quot; (Proverbs 17:22).<\/p>\n<p>King Solomon adds: &quot;Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression&quot; (Proverbs 12:25).<\/p>\n<p>That is why trust in God is important for our physical and mental health. &quot;Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and depart from evil.
